About Dave Leonard

Dave has been helping retailers solve their inventory and supply chain challenges for more than 16 years. He has deep background in replenishment and allocation theory and practice, for stores, online, and distribution centers.

Dave worked most recently at 4R Systems, where he helped to establish a successful cloud-based replenishment and allocation solution that is used by some of the largest retailers in the world. Besides leading the software development team that created the solution, he participated in the sales process and established and managed the client services and production teams.

Prior to 4R, he held engineering positions at Liberate Technologies, IBM, Lotus Development, and Soft-Switch. He holds a B.S. degree from Rutgers University and an M.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, both in computer science.
